We architected a multi-platform ecosystem: a React Native mobile app for residents, a ReactJS admin panel for property managers, and robust .NET Core APIs with PostgreSQL database ensuring enterprise-grade reliability. React Native enabled rapid mobile development for iOS and Android from a single codebase, ReactJS provided a powerful web interface, and .NET Core delivered the performance essential for handling sensitive resident data and real-time operations.

The system digitizes the entire community living lifecycle. Administrators control master data—cab services, delivery providers, digital forms, security protocols, and user accounts. Society managers maintain comprehensive records for every unit, tracking owner information, tenant details, lease terms, and occupancy rates. Residents experience effortless daily living through the mobile app's guest pre-approval system, which eliminates gate wait times and phone calls.

Real-time gate notifications alert residents instantly when family members enter or exit, providing peace of mind for parents and families. The complaint management system replaces phone calls with structured digital workflows, tracking every maintenance request with photos, categories, and resolution status. Community discussion forums and notice boards keep residents informed about society meetings, festivals, and neighbor recommendations, building the social fabric of the community.
